At La Banda, the fajitas hit the table still sizzling, the carnitas are roasted and marinated, and the guacamole is made fresh, seasonal and to order. From quesabirria dipped in rich consomé to a full molcajete piled with steak, chicken, shrimp and chorizo, everything is built plate by plate.
